An Artist driven collective of individuals who support the creation of a
multi-media studio at the vacant fleet facilities in Salt Lake City Utah.
When repurposed The Granary Studios will enrich the site and the surrounding neighborhood with jobs, a career center, affordable housing, spaces for start ups, community art, shared green space, and a performance event center.

A game changer for the film industry in Salt Lake City, with 30-foot-tall ceilings in the old maintenance garages and building spaces, along with future office spaces, the facility will allow entire productions — from set creation to sound editing and everything in between — to take place in Salt Lake City. It will have everything you need to make a movie, except the talent and the concept creators are hoping that our city will respond with our own. We are hopefully going to have everything in one place. It is going to create an incredible number of jobs for the area.” We are hoping to get the right people in the right seats. Better tax incentives than in major film production cities like Los Angeles and Atlanta, the accessibility to both urban and rural settings within a short distance, cost of living and space availability are a few of the top reasons Salt Lake City will be a desirable destination for film makers. We are determined to create a world-class content creation campus in Salt Lake City. For the future of media and innovations it speaks to telling stories in all forms, streaming, AR, VR, and gaming. There will be a rooftop with solar panels and a connection to the street, as renderings of the project reveal.
